AIESEC in Austria
In 2012 AIESEC in Austria will celebrate its 60th anniverary proudly looking back at 60 years of youth leadership development in Austria.
From providing international internships in more than 100 countries, to offering leadership opportunities to thousands of Austrian students - AIESEC in Austria has managed to stay relevant through its 60 years of existence. Founded in 1952 as a local student chapter at the University of Business and Economics in Vienna, the organisation has continually expanded its reach and is now present in 5 Austrian cities with local offices at universities in Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Globally AIESEC is the world´s leading youth-run organisation, present in more than 107 countries and with over 60.000 members. Year by year AIESEC offers more than 10.000 international internship opportunities annually, supported by thousands of partner organisations around the globe who look to AIESEC to support the development of youth and to access top talent through our global internship program.
