How to become a MENTOR
- You need to be an AIESEC Alumni and
- You should be interested in sharing some of your professional knowledge and experience with current AIESECers, guiding them towards their individual personal and/or professional goals.
Becoming a mentor is very easy. All that needs to be done is filling out a short application form.
Since the start of the AIESEC in Austria Alumni Mentoring Program in 2010, about 60 AIESEC in Austria Alumni participated in the first two phases, resulting in a total of 48 matches with a mentee. The aim is to improve the number of applications and matches.
Applying as a mentor
Please fill in the fields with your contact information and give us some idea about your motivation to become a mentor. A short desciption of your professional background and your career helps as to find a suitable mentee for you.
In the field 'further information' please give us notice of restrictions you may want to set, as in time or location. There is of course room for other information that might help us additionally to find the right mentee for you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The application as a mentor for the 2012 phase of the Mentoring Program has now finished. If you already want to apply as mentor for 2013 please do so by filling out the form below and you will be automatically prebooked for the 2013 Mentoring phase, likely to start in early 2013.
You have been an AIESEC Alumni mentor before and want to participate again and get matched to a new mentee? Then you don’t have to fill out the form again, just write a short email to mentoring.alumni.aiesec@gmail.com.
