Young Alumni - YA
Starting from 2011, AAA presents its Young Alumni Programme (YAP). This initative offers AIESEC members at the end of their studies to become part of the Alumni network.
Before the have to go through a Transition ceremony at an AIESEC conference(*) where Alumni will ceremonally welcome them. They stay AIESECers for the time being and do not have to pay AAA fee in the first year.
At the National Conference I on Jan. 8th 2011 in Judenburg the first Transition Ceremony took place. An impressive delegation of a dozen Alumni in AAA T Shirts welcomed 4 Young Alumni.
YAP opens new members access to a broad range of Alumni programmes.
This opportunites are to be discussed individually with an AAA representative.

(*) If a prospective Young Alumni cannot make it to an AIESEC event, it is also possible to join YAP "offline"
