What is AIESEC?
AIESEC is a non-political, independent, not for profit Youth Lead Organisation which is located in more than 120 countries. We strive for Peace and Fulfilment of Humankind’s Potential. Peace in our context means the absence of conflicts that arise from cultural, religious, or other indifferences of humanity. We strive to reach this vision through youth. As we believe that leadership is the fundamental solution and it can be developed in anyone.
We enable youth to develop their Leadership by learning from practical experiences in challenging environments. We do this through cross cultural exchanges and creating these opportunities.

AIESEC is a youth LEADERSHIP movement. We aim to develop leadership qualities within the youth, by learning different soft and hard skills that are a necessity for our future, but sadly cannot get through our education.
We learn these skills through practical experiences, peer to peer learning, conferences for skill-building and coaching, some skills include Sales, Conflict Resolution, Project and Account Management, Public Speaking, Team Management (Coaching, tracking, and building)

Every single day, all over the world, small actions are taken to make our planet more sustainable. The fight for a brighter future has intensified over the last few years and, for a while now, youth have been at the forefront of the movement. For us, it’s no longer a trend, but a need to work for a future that offers better opportunities for everyone.
YouthSpeak Forum is a one-day event powered by AIESEC, that aims to give young people a platform to get inspired, understand, and act towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
